Are you hiding behind your style?

There is a difference between hiding vs camouflage when it comes to personal style.

Lack of confidence, weight gain, past trauma are major contributors to hiding behind an all-black wardrobe or baggy clothes.

Your main aim when you are hiding is to become completely invisible.

I'm not suggesting to let everything hang out. If you’re not feeling up to putting it all out there, I encourage you to camouflage instead.

This can mean:

Wearing an interesting print to confuse the eye and distract from any problem areas.

Using accessories to draw attention away from problem areas.

Dressing for your body shape and flattering your figure is the fastest way to visually drop a few pounds.

Wearing items that make you confident! That inner confidence will translate on the outside to give you a sense of fearlessness.

Hiding brings about feelings of shame, reinforce feelings of lacking confidence.... nobody wants a lack of confidence spiral🔄
